Located on a quiet dead end street and surrounded by nature. Walking distance to El Gallito beach and only 1.5 miles from the airport. Cute and cozy cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space with Jacuzzi, covered patio with BBQ grill and washer and dryer. Wifi and TV with streaming channels. Bedrooms each with AC and ceiling fans.This house is cozy and has everything you should need. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and the refrigerator is full sized.
Each bedroom has its own air conditioner.
The number of allowed guests (6) is based on double occupancy of rooms. The house is best suited for 2 or 3 couples, or a small family with older children.
The property is bordered by a ravine to the rear, and jungle on 3 sides. Sit on the patio or in the jacuzzi at night and relax to the song of coqui frogs and night birds.
There is no air conditioner in the living room, but there is a powerful ceiling fan. It is not allowed to use the bedroom AC units to cool the whole house. The living room typically stays pretty cool with the fan and the high ceilings, and the windows provide good ventilation.
The area is safe and quiet, and has easy access to the main town of Isabel Segunda, and is only 10 to 15 minutes from Esperanza.

3 night minimum stay. One time cleaning fee of $100 and 7% tourism tax added to each reservation.
